Heritage Woodlands Ltd have developed this joint venture scheme, which is particularly aimed at UK landowners who wish to establish woodlands of 10 hectares (25 acres) and above.

The scheme offers the landowner the benefit of knowing that the woodland will be professionally managed whilst having an annual income via the Farm Woodland Premium Scheme (FWPS).

This partnership can be of particular interest to the landowner, possibly thinking of retirement and interested in accelerated production of quality timber.
